websites

We recently rolled out a campus-wide upgrade of Microsoft 365 to all faculty, staff, and students. I designed, drafted, and implemented a dedicated landing page to house all information related to the launch, and help ease the process for our end users. See the Microsoft 365 microsite here.

email

Email is the main mode of communication I use to reach end users. I strive to keep emails concise, informative, clear and, when appropriate, entertaining. This is a broadcast email sent to promote National Cybersecurity Awareness Month. Read the full email here.

newsletters

The communications team drafts and builds weekly newsletters that are distributed to the ITS Department via multiple email and social channels. The newsletters collate information that is interesting for staff and help build community. (HTML + Dreamweaver)

I build a quarterly newsletter specific to Business Intelligence (BI) for all staff who use BI reporting. These visually appealing, scrolling newsletters contain key updates about the data analytics tools and reports users access. View the BI Quarterly Updates Newsletter Q4 FY21 here. (Adobe Creative Cloud Express)

VISUAL Design + VIdeo

Compelling visual design is crucial to effectively communicating with a broad audience. I help launch and promote department services by building infographics, flyers, and videos. (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, iMovie)

interviews

Each year we profile five women who have made distinctive contributions to the ITS department for Women’s History Month and post the profiles to our website. Read the full interview here.
