The ITS Annual Report summarizes the work the department does each year to support the mission of Weill Cornell Medicine: care, discover, teach. It synthesizes the accomplishments of each team in ITS into a clean, bright magazine-style layout.

I write, design, and edit instructions, technical documentation, KB articles, and UX copy that makes the complex simple, and helps people do their jobs.
